What a fun experience. All vendors were very nice and personable. We got to try many local baked goods and Japanese street foods. We had a great conversation with locals. We will be back?
Sizable farmers Market with all kinds of goods for sale. Need fruits and veggies, lots of that. There’s also a good amount of vendors selling jewelry and other small items that would be perfect for gift giving. The one downside is that it does get very crowded and if you’re here later in the mornings/early afternoon, it can get hot! Market is well behaved dog friendly. There is a ATM on site for those vendors who are cash only, there’s also a shaded food court so you can enjoy the awesome foods you purchase. Parking is plentiful and free.
Large farmer’s market by the harbor. Plenty of vendors with a variety of produce, crafts, juices, and snacks. Smarter vendors providing yummy snacks or drinks for reasonable prices tend to garner long lines. Parking spaces in the back. HBL will watch your bike.
Come to the Kaka’ako Farmers Market and support local businesses. Food, art, jewelry and of course fresh local produce. There are food trucks and plenty or local restaurants with booths offering wonderful local fare. If you are on island - this is a must see every Saturday morning. Plenty of parking is available. Aloha!
Amazing place with lots of fresh veggies and fruits. Sometime you can find local singer playing beautiful songs.
One of the biggest farmers markets in the area. Local food, artwork, fresh produce and many healthy options. Hours are 8 am to 12 pm. You want to be there early. A lot of stands had sold out by 11:30 am. Hopefully we can return soon to get a better experience and try some of the local food.
Have been visiting this farmer's market for several years. It has moved to several corners of the same intersection and grew dramatically over the years. The proportions of farmers to other vendors has changed dramatically over the years. A this point it may be 20 vendors per one farmer. The farmers have the best tasting and freshest produce available. Absolutely, worth the trip on a Saturday morning.
The additional vendors include drinks, food, art, jewelry, a little clothing.
It is a nice overall experience. Be prepared for large crowds and to be exposed to sun.
Love the farmers! Some vendors only take cash. There is paid street parking and a free lot. We take a cart to carry all the goodies for the family.
Certain items sellout early, come early if you desire a specific item. Find your favorite vendors and get to know them. They are happy to talk story when it's not too busy.
In general, I liked it, it was interesting. There are so many things on sale that it's dizzying. But I think that the prices are too high, especially for stickers and simple costume jewelry. Boba tea costs $7 for the small size! 😳 what?! It's regular tea! …
